How we use your details

This page is for parents who ask about or book a free Youth Athlete Academy trial with Performance Dynamics.

What we collect

Your child’s first name, surname, age and playing level. A second child’s first name, surname and age, if you add one. We ask each child’s date of birth so we can set up their account for the trial session. Your name, email and mobile. The session you pick, or the day and time that suits you.

Why

We use your details to book the trial and set up your family’s account in our booking system. They also let us send you the trial emails and follow up after it. Age and playing level tell us if a trial or a call is the right next step.

Our legal basis

We use your details because you asked us to book a trial, and to run the Academy. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

Where it’s kept

• Our email system
• Our contacts list
• Our admin mailbox
• Our website, which keeps a copy of each form
• Our booking program, on a server our IT provider looks after

Who else sees it

We never sell your details or share them for marketing. The only companies that see them are the ones that run our booking, email and website systems for us, under contract. Some are based outside the EU and handle your details under the EU’s approved safeguards.

How long

We keep your details with no end date, so returning families don’t have to tell us twice. They stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. You can ask us to limit or stop using them, or to send them to you or to another provider. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
