Most athletes are guessing. They train hard, follow a programme off the internet, and hope it’s working. Sometimes it is. Usually it isn’t.
The Athlete Development Playbook™ ends the guessing. Here’s what happens:
You come in for 90 minutes, one-on-one. We put you on the force plates and test strength, power, speed, and specific strength: groin, glute, and hamstring. We’ll also go through your training history, your injury history, and map out your whole week Monday to Sunday, so we know where everything fits.
Once we’ve done all that, we break it down into a five-page report. Your strengths. Your weaknesses. Your blind spots. How they relate to your sport and your goals.
You walk out knowing exactly where you are, exactly what’s holding you back, and exactly what to work on next.
